What happens to bookings if there is a lockdown or restrictions?

In these uncertain times people are asking us what happens if they book a motorhome and a lockdown affects them

If we are unable to supply the motorhome as we need to close as a result of restrictions in Perth, because tourism in Scotland has been closed or if non essential travel in Scotland is now allowed then we offer a no quibble refund straight away. Alternatively you can move your booking to a future date and if it is in a higher season we will offer a special discount to reduce the extra cost.

If you need to cancel for another reason within 6 weeks of collection due to restrictions in your area or because you need to self isolate/shield then we are normally able to offer to transfer any payment to a booking in the future. However if it as a time when that model of motorhome is fully booked up then we are only to offer a refund or transfer payment (less £100 admin fee) for any days we have been able to rent the motorhome out to another customer.

For cancellations with more than 6 weeks notice we can offer to transfer your deposit to another booking.
